There was a time when I believed I needed to become someone. To heal more. Learn more. Achieve more. Gather more certifications. Find the next teacher, the next training, the next answer outside of myself. Yet beneath all of the seeking was a quieter truth calling me home.

What I was truly searching for was not something new to attain. It was something ancient to remember.

My path has woven through many worlds. From years of study in science and pre-medicine, to yoga, energy work, sound healing, and sacred ceremony, I have been drawn again and again to one central question:

What helps us remember who we truly are beneath the conditioning, the expectations, and the stories we've inherited?

Through my own seasons of challenge, transformation, grief, awakening, and profound beauty, I discovered that healing is not about becoming someone else. It is about returning. Returning to the wisdom already within. Returning to the voice that has always known. Returning to the heart beneath the fear.

Returning to the truth of who we are.

Today, my work is devoted to creating spaces where this remembrance can naturally unfold. Through sound healing, voice activation, Reiki, mentorship, embodiment practices, ceremony, and sacred community, I guide others back into deeper connection with themselves, their bodies, their intuition, and their own unique expression.

I believe that every person carries a medicine that is uniquely their own. Not something that must be earned. Not something that needs fixing. Something that is already present, waiting to be remembered and uncovered within.

In recent years, sound, voice, have become some of my deepest teachers. I have witnessed how a single tone, a breath, a song, or a moment of authentic expression can open doors that words alone cannot reach. Again and again, I have seen people soften, reconnect, and remember aspects of themselves that they thought had been lost.

This is the heart of my work. Not teaching people who to be. Not offering answers that belong to someone else. But holding space for the wisdom that already lives within them to rise and be heard.
