Harmonic Healing
A return to your natural resonance. Through the ancient technology of vibration, we bypass the logical mind to release stagnant energy, awaken cellular memory, and tune your physical and energetic bodies back into harmony.
A sound healing session is an invitation to rest, receive, and return to resonance.
Through voice, crystal bowls, chimes, drum, intuitive sound, silence, and hands-on energy work, I create a space where your nervous system can soften and your body can remember its natural state of harmony.
Voice medicine is woven into this work as a doorway of remembrance. The voice is not just something we use — it is a messenger, a bridge, and a sacred instrument of expression. Through gentle vocal exploration, toning, breath, and resonance, we may support the parts of you that are ready to be heard, felt, and reclaimed.

Reiki & Energy Healing
Reiki was one of the first sacred doorways that helped me reconnect with the wisdom of energy, presence, and the body’s innate capacity to return to balance.
In a Reiki session, you are invited into a quiet, nurturing space where you can rest, receive, and be supported energetically.
Sessions may include gentle hands-on or hands-above-body Reiki, intuitive energy work, grounding, prayer, and sound, depending on what feels aligned.
This work is not about forcing healing or fixing you. It is about creating a space where your system can soften, settle, and reconnect with its own intelligence.

The Remembrance Mentorship
This is a sacred mentorship space for those who feel called to deepen into their voice, intuition, spiritual gifts, embodiment, and authentic expression.
Together, we explore the places within you that are asking to be heard, softened, strengthened, and remembered. This may include energy work, sound and voice practices, intuitive guidance, ritual, reflection, embodiment tools, and grounded support for the season you are moving through.
As a harmonic healer, my work is rooted in listening for resonance — the places where your body, voice, energy, and soul are ready to come back into greater alignment.
